BOISE, Idaho — A man from Hailey died following a two-vehicle crash just after 12 p.m. Thursday in Lincoln County, Idaho State Police said.
According to a news release from ISP, the accident happened when a 59-year-old man from Ketchum driving south on State Highway 75 in a 2005 GMC Sierra crossed the divider and crashed into a northbound 2015 Toyota Sienna, driven by a 68-year-old man from Hailey.
Police said the driver from Hailey died at the scene. The driver from Ketchum was taken to the hospital, and his condition is unknown.
Both drivers were wearing their seatbelt at the time of the accident. Police said northbound Highway 75 was blocked for around three hours after the crash as emergency responders assisted.
Thursday's crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
