KETCHUM, Idaho — An avalanche severely damaged two homes on Warm Springs Road, west of Ketchum on Monday afternoon and a second one happened just before 7 p.m.
The Blaine County Sheriff's Office asks that people avoid the area of the first while crews work and investigate how serious the damage is.
The second one happened on Warm Springs Road but did not damage any homes.
Warm Springs Road is closed to non-resident on Penny Lake, but school buses are being let through.
No injuries have been reported.
