BOISE, Idaho — A semi-truck carrying cattle overturned on East Kuna Mora Road at 10 p.m. on Jan. 25, trapping the driver and cattle inside, according to the Boise Fire Department.
Crews had to extract both the driver and cattle from the wreckage. Boise Fire in a social media post Sunday said the driver was taken to the hospital, while the cattle were rounded up into gates and taken away from the scene.
Truck 7-C with the department responded to a mutual aid request for the overturned semi-truck on Kuna Mora Road, when crews found the driver stuck in the cab. Boise Fire said, "We are sending our get well wishes to the driver and the cows!"
There is no updated information about the condition of the driver.
