Coroner identifies man killed after assault by other inmate at ISCC

The incident took place Sunday. According to the coroner, 45-year-old Milo Warnock died from multiple blunt force injuries and the death was ruled a homicide.

BOISE, Idaho — An inmate killed by another resident at the Idaho State Correctional Center on Sunday, Dec. 10, has been identified by the Ada County Coroner's Office as 45-year-old Milo Warnock of Kuna.

The coroner on Tuesday said Warnock died from multiple blunt force injuries and the death was ruled a homicide.

The Idaho Department of Correction said Warnock had passed away after the assault, despite life saving measures. 

The suspect has been moved to administrative segregation per IDOC and the death is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
