Boise house fire leaves four people displaced

Boise Fire said no one was hurt but they cannot go back to their home.

BOISE, Idaho — Four people have been displaced after an early morning fire on Monday, Jan. 29. According to the Boise Fire Department (BFD), crews were able to get the fire out and no one was hurt in the blaze on N. Lancaster Dr.

BFD said the fire was on the outside of the house and in the basement but they were able to assess the situation and put it out quickly. The department said one person was checked out by a medic but they were deemed to be ok and released shortly after.

Two adults and two kids were displaced by the fire and the Local 149 Burnout Fund is helping them. with immediate needs.

The fire is being investigated by BFD, the cause is unknown.
