BOISE, Idaho — The Boise Rescue Mission plans to serve 2,000 Thanksgiving meals at its annual Thanksgiving Banquets in Boise on Nov. 21.
The Mission plans to serve over 2,000 Thanksgiving meals to hungry men, women and children in the Treasure Valley area from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at Vineyard Boise Christian Fellowship.
"The Thanksgiving Banquets are a great opportunity to build relationships with people in need, and we are grateful for all the community members who donated to make it possible. We're also extremely grateful to our sponsors, Albertsons, and Combs Car Corral, for their generous contributions to reaching hungry and homeless people this Thanksgiving," said Rev. Bill Roscoe, President/CEO of the Rescue Mission.
The Mission previously served one of their banquet meals on Nov. 18 in Nampa at the College Church of the Nazarene.
