BOISE, Idaho — A Dietrich man died after he was in a rollover crash in Lincoln County early Monday morning.
According to an Idaho State Police (ISP) news release, the accident happened on Jan. 1 around 12:50 a.m., when the 21-year-old man drove east on State Highway 24 in a 2006 Mercury Milan and went off the road. His car struck a fence, rolled, and stopped in a nearby field.
The man died at the scene. Police said he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
There is no information yet on who the man is, ISP is still investigating what caused the crash.
