One person in hospital after crash in Jerome County

Police said a minor lost control of the car and rolled it into a field.

JEROME, Idaho — One person was taken to the hospital after a rollover crash in Jerome County on Friday, Jan. 5 around 8:30 p.m. According to the Idaho State Police (ISP), a minor was driving a 2013 Ford Edge on 100 E. going north when the car lost control after it came over a hill and rolled into a field.  

ISP is investigating the crash and said it was assisted by Magic Valley Paramedics, Jerome Rural Fire, Air Saint Luke's, Jerome City and Jerome County. 

Police have not released the number of people in the car or if the person taken to the hospital was also a minor.
