NAMPA, Idaho — According to the Nampa Fire Department, crews went to a house fire early Saturday, Nov. 18, where they found "heavy smoke and fire conditions." While searching the house, responders found a person inside who died before crews arrived.
"No other occupants were found in the structure," the NFD stated. "Several crews worked for approximately 5 hours to extinguish and overhaul the fire."
No other information is available at this time. The department thanked neighboring emergency responders and said the investigation is ongoing.
