MERIDIAN -- A registered sex offender has been arrested on a voyeurism charge.
Meridian Police were serving a warrant to 50-year-old Daniel David Tyler over the weekend.
He was pulling out of his driveway when police arrested him.
The arrest stems from an incident back in November when police say Tyler took a picture of a woman in a bathroom stall.
According to the Idaho State Police website, Tyler was convicted of rape in Canyon County back in the August of 1998.
