BOISE, Idaho — In an update from the Meridian Police Department, the missing vulnerable adult was found safe.
Police said the missing woman was found by the Sherman County Sheriff's Office in Oregon. She will be reunited with her family soon.
The woman was reported missing Friday, last seen on Thursday after she missed her stop in Meridian. She ended up in Mountain Home and spoke with the Elmore County Sheriff's Office for directions.
She hadn't been seen since until she was found this Friday evening.
"Meridian Police would like to thank the media and community members for assisting in locating and helping Shaw," the police department said.
