Meridian Police respond to multiple home burglaries

The incident allegedly involved suspects forcibly entering homes through rear windows and doors, and taking small valuables that were easy to transport.

MERIDIAN, Idaho — The Meridian Police Department reported that there were several home burglaries over the week of Sept. 9, mostly occurring along the south of Interstate 84. 

The incident allegedly involved suspects forcibly entering homes through rear windows and doors, and taking small valuables that were easy to transport. 

MPD encouraged residents to report suspicious activity to Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.

Meridian residents who have noticed suspicious behavior or have information about the burglaries is asked to contact Meridian Police Department, Property Crimes Unit at their email: propertycrimes@meridiancity.org.
