MIDDLETON, Idaho — On Tuesday night, Middleton Police Department (MPD) responded to an accidental shooting.
Officers arrived on the scene and found a man who had shot himself with a handgun in both legs.
Officers were able to perform life saving measures. With quick thinking and dedication, MPD officers were able to place tourniquets on the man, helping get him to the hospital, said Middleton Police.
Middleton Police thanked the selfless service and commitment of the officers.
