BOISE, Idaho — A 41-year-old woman from Nampa died Thursday morning after she was in a rollover crash in Canyon County, according to Idaho State Police(ISP).

Police said the crash happened around 8 a.m. when a woman was driving north on Karcher Road in a 1997 Toyota Tacoma and she went off the right side of the road. The car rolled over and she crashed into a field west of Ashland Drive.

The woman was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash, police said. She was taken to the hospital, but she later died of her injuries caused by the crash.

Police said Karcher Road was blocked for around two hours to let responders clear the scene.

ISP is still investigating the crash.
