MERIDIAN -- A Meridan man who ran over his wife at their home after an argument in late June won't face any charges in connection with her death, according to Meridian Police Deputy Chief Tracy Basterrechea.
Melinda Croghan's husband, Patrick Croghan, was behind the wheel of the pickup that struck and killed her.
Investigators believe that Melinda Croghan was holding onto the driver's side door as the truck backed out of the driveway, then fell off and was run over.
Police said both of the Croghans had been drinking alcohol before the incident.
