Plantation Country Club is officially under new ownership.
Glass Creek LLC, an entity led by investor and developer Will Gustafson, has purchased all real and personal property. That includes the land, clubhouse and intellectual property of the 121-acre private club.
The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
Gustafson says their goal is to "maintain golf and improve this property both aesthetically and economically for the betterment of all."
According to a news release, all employees are being retained.
Current member dues and offerings will remain the same.
The release also says the new owners will "engage with club members, homeowners… to gather input... in assessing future opportunities for the property."
