FRANKLIN COUNTY, IDAHO, Idaho — A 60-year-old man from Preston has died after a crash on US-91 in Franklin County just north of the city. According to Idaho State Police (ISP), the crash happened Saturday, April 13 around 2:30 p.m. at mile marker 13.
ISP stated the man, driving a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle was headed north when he struck a BMW that was slowing down to turn.
The people in the BMW, a 64-year-old woman with a 66-year-old male passenger from Fruit Heights, Utah, were not hurt. The man from Preston died at the scene.
ISP is investigating the crash.
