BOISE -- Idaho's prisons chief has named two new wardens to lead lockups near Boise and reassigned a women's prison warden who was charged earlier this month for driving under the influence.

Department of Correction Director Brent Reinke appointed Shannon Cluney as the warden at the South Boise Women's Correctional Center on Tuesday.

Cluney takes over for Terressa Baldridge, who was arrested Aug. 5 in Meridian and immediately placed on administrative leave.

Department Spokesman Jeff Ray declined to discuss Baldridge's reassignment to the agency's Education, Treatment and Reentry Bureau -- telling the Associated Press it's a personnel matter.

Reinke on Tuesday also tapped Terry Kirkham to be the new warden at the South Idaho Correctional Institution. Kirkham takes over for Pam Sonnen, who retired after 29 years with the department.
