'Sleep in Heavenly Peace' gets big surprise

The nonprofit will get four years of rent in a new building among other things.

TWIN FALLS - An update to the story we brought you on Saturday.

"Returning the Favor" is a series on Facebook hosted by Mike Rowe of "Dirty Jobs," where Rowe and his crew search for people doing nice things in their community in selfless ways.

They heard about Sleep in Heavenly Peace's mission and came to Twin Falls to surprise them.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a group of volunteers dedicated to building, assembling and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need.

Mike Rowe and his crew surprised the Twin Falls group with four years of free rent in a brand new building and thousands of dollars worth of lumber, among other things.

With chapters across the country, founder Luke Mickleson says they get about 60 requests for beds every day from across the country.
