Stabbing incident south of Wendell sends 1 to hospital

Court documents state 30-year-old Juan Feliciano attacked the man who he lived with a knife after they both had an argument.

BOISE, Idaho — Police arrested a Wendell man Thursday night after he allegedly stabbed a person he lived with, according to court documents. 

According to the affidavit obtained by KTVB, 30-year-old Juan Feliciano attacked the man with a knife after an argument. There were visible cuts on his chest, neck, arms, and palms of his hands.

Feliciano drove away from the incident but was later stopped and arrested by Idaho State Police in Minidoka County a short time later on Driving Under the Influence charges. The affidavit stated Juan was taken to the Mini Cassia Jail.

Gooding County Prosecutor Trevor Misseldine told KTVB Feliciano is being held on a $500,000 bond. Court documents state he is charged with aggravated battery from the incident.  

The victim was taken via air ambulance to a Boise hospital, where he is receiving treatment.
