BOISE -- A Star man awaiting trial on charges of lewd conduct was arrestedFriday on five additional felony charges.
The new charges against 67-year-old Michael Angus include lewd conduct and use of a child in sexually-exploitative material.
In November, Angus was arrested and arraigned in court on charges of lewd conduct and sexual abuse of a minor.
In that case, police say he had sexual contact with an elementary-aged girl and that a second elementary-aged female victim was also identified.
The new charges stem from evidence of additional sexual contact involving one of the female victims.
The Ada County Sheriff's office says the incident happened prior to Angus' first arrest but the information was not shared with detectives until after he was in custody.
Investigators also found in Angus' possession multiple instances of pornographic images of one of the victims.
He is being held on a $500,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges Monday.
