BOISE, Idaho — The Fourth of July, a holiday celebrated from coast to coast. While some celebrate with BBQ's and fireworks, some celebrate another way, music.
Sun Valley Resort announced their first "Baldy Bluebird Music Festival," taking place Thursday and Friday. Presented by RJK Entertainment, music meets the great outdoors at this festival, a press release said.
On Thursday, attendees rocked out to Midland, Charlie Worsham, and Axel Diehl and had a special Fourth of July surprise concert.
Grace Potter is headlining on Friday, with supporting performances from JD Clayton and The Pisten Bullys.
According to organizers, parking for music festival attendees will be available at the Main Lot River Run and Trail Creek. For folks with handicap placards and production crew, they can park in Lower Lot at River Run.
Camping is not allowed at this event, and they will have security patrolling throughout the night.
Event organizers ask that high-backed chairs be left at home, but blankets and low chairs are welcome. Pets are not welcome at this event. There will be wristbands for re-entry.
Outside food and drink are not allowed at the festival.
