BOISE, Idaho — Three people were arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Miguel Lawrence Garza in Twin Falls.
The Twin Falls Police Department said in a Monday news release it arrested three suspects and found the two vehicles it was searching for in early July. At this time, police are not searching for any other suspects.
The department listed the suspect's names and their charges:
- Dustin Aaron Molina, 29: Murder, aggravated assault, destruction of evidence, alteration, concealment, burglary, grand theft and auto theft.
- Roberto Miranda Villa, 26: Conspiracy
- Karina Lara Martinez, 22: Auto theft
On July 3, police said officers located a man who had been shot after responding to the apartments, located at 645 Fawnbrook Avenue, around 7:22 p.m. The man was identified as Garza, and he was taken to the St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center.
Garza died Thursday morning due to his injuries, authorities said.
On July 4, Twin Falls Police said officers were looking for two vehicles in connection to the shooting. Those vehicles were a White Dodge pickup and a Ford Explorer SUV.
Police, on July 5, released a video of two people of interest running from the area of the shooting.
The police are still investigating the shooting and said there may be additional charges.
