MERIDIAN, Idaho -- In the original plan announcements for The Village at Meridian, one of the anchor tenants was "Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill."
But, that business is not coming to Idaho.
General Manager Hugh Crawford confirmed that the restaurant company notified The Village two weeks ago that they would not be leasing space.
The company Boomtown Entertainment, could not be reached for further details.
Meridian City Planner Caleb Hood says permits were issued last year. However, since then, there has been no movement on construction.
