IDAHO, USA — This Sunday morning on Viewpoint, retired Meridian Mayor Tammy de Weerd and her husband Jan join the program to share perspective on a challenging battle: getting their daughter out of a foreign prison, held on false charges.
The story is the subject of Jan and Tammy’s new book, When We Could Not See the Moon. The family shares their real life journey and insight into circumstances that sound like they were written for a Hollywood movie.
