BOISE, Idaho — A young bull moose has been spotted in Southeast Boise, according to Float the Boise and Idaho Fish and Game.
Float the Boise said while the moose doesn't directly pose a safety threat, area residents and river recreators should take precautions to avoid an encounter with the moose.
The moose has been spotted near S. Millbrook Way and E. Warm Springs Ave near Barber Park.
If you see the moose, officials ask that you give it a lot of space, and do not approach. Instead, report the sighting to Idaho Fish and Game, as they are monitoring the situation.
