KUNA, Idaho — Voters rejected two measures on the ballot in Kuna Tuesday.
The Kuna library levy, which would have provided $450,000 a year for ten years to renovate the library, failed 835 to 886.
The rural fire district levy, which needed a two-thirds supermajority to pass, also failed. A total of 1,110 voted for the measure and 664 voted against it.
The levy would have allocated $1,100,000 for of staffing, equipping and maintaining the fire district.
