TEXAS, USA — Idaho Governor Brad Little, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and 13 other governors gave a news conference at the Texas-Mexico border to discuss actions they have taken to "protect Americans in response to President Joe Biden's open border policies,"
According to a news release the governors will have a briefing prior to the conference on what is called "Operation Lone Star."
In addition to the governors, the Texas Border Czar Mike Banks, Adjutant General of Texas Major General Thomas Suelzer and Texas Department of Public Safety Deputy Director Freeman Martin were also in attendance.

In a recent interview with KTVB, Gov. Little said Idaho State Troopers would travel to Texas to be a force multiplier to help the Texas DPS secure the border in addition to learning more about drug and human trafficking.
"The troopers that go down this time, they'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) on recognizing what trafficking looks like at the border, and how it's going to look when it gets up here," Governor Little said.
