Matthew McKetta faces charges for principal to failure to notify coroner or law enforcement of death, conspiracy to commit failure to notify coroner or law enforcement of death, principal to destruction, alteration, or concealment of evidence, conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration, or concealment of evidence. All charges are felonies.

Tennant has been identified as the adopted son of Pullman Police Commander Chris Tennant. Commander Tennant said he has not been in regular contact with Keagan, but worked with investigators to locate the suspects.

"We are greatly relieved this incident resolved without violence and greatly appreciate the efforts of the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents for their assistance in locating these fugitives," Ferry County Sheriff's Office wrote in a release.

Initial reports stated the men could be in a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix with the Idaho license plate IBX8758. LCSO deputies said the two men stole the car from a pizza delivery driver in Moscow at gunpoint on Wednesday, but did not harm the driver. The driver said when he came back to his car, a man in a mask pointed a gun at him, ordered him to the ground and demanded all the money in his wallet. The victim said the suspect stole his car keys, and he saw another man get into the car and take the pizza delivery sign off the top of it.

Despite being held at gunpoint, the delivery driver told police the two were cordial and said when he asked for his cell phone from the car, they gave it back.

Someone at Curlew Job Corps told officials they saw the suspected vehicle drive by Friday with two people inside and called 911. Officials said a short time later, they found the car. By about 3:45 p.m. on Friday afternoon, they had located the two suspects.

The homicide happened in rural Latah County on Monday. Officials said his body was found in a wooded area along State Highway 8 between Troy and Deary. LCSO said he died from a gunshot wound.

Reeves was a soon-to-be Senior at Pullman High School. Superintendent Bob Maxwell sent out a release notifying students and parents of the high school. The full release can be read here.

Reeves' family held a memorial for him in Conservation Park in Pullman on Thursday.

Officials said Tennant was recently removed from the Job Corps Program in the Curlew area and had made threats of violence against the students.

Ferry County Sheriff's Office, Border Patrol, Okanogan County Sheriff's Office, K-9s and a helicopter all worked to located the suspects. Both suspects will be held in Ferry County Jail to determine if they will face any additional charges before being extradited to Idaho for murder charges.
