BOISE -- For one local golfer, the 2015 Albertsons Boise Open will be the site of his professional debut.

18-year-old Graysen Huff, who led the Eagle High School golf team to its current streak of six straight 5A state titles, will start his collegiate golf career at Auburn next month.

On Thursday, he will make his pro debut at the Web.com Tour's Boise Open at Hillcrest Country Club.

Huff, who recently defended his title at the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) PING Phoenix junior championship last month and won the AJGA Will Claxton tournament in Alabama just days earlier, said his nerves are slowly moving in, but knows he can hold his own with the veterans.

"It's nice to see that I'm doing something right, to be able to be here and play with these guys," Huff says.

"Those guys" include former Boise State golfer Tyler Aldridge, who is currently eighth on the Web.com Tour's money list and Purple Heart recipient Chad Pfeifer, the 2011 National Amputee golf champion.
