CALDWELL, Idaho — Tuesday night, the No. 2 ranked College of Idaho men's basketball team will look to avenge their close loss to Northwest Nazarene University in the final installment of the 2024 Mayors' Cup.
In their first meeting this season on November 12, the Yotes and Nighthawks battled into overtime in Nampa, with NNU coming out with the 69-66 win.
Grad student Johnny Radford led the Yotes with 22 points, while Nighthawks senior Ryzin "Biggie" Bergersen scored 24 points.
On Tuesday night, the Mayors' Cup returns to Caldwell, where the Yotes look to even the series.
The game tips off at 7:05 p.m. at the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.
Sports director Jay Tust will call the game, with sports reporter Brady Frederick as the sideline reporter.
