BOISE, Idaho — Boise State football has reeled in the first member of its 2026 recruiting class from a three-star quarterback receiving nationwide interest.
Jackson Presley out of Kalispell, Montana, announced his verbal commitment to the Broncos on Monday after narrowing his decision down to Arkansas, Boise State and Oklahoma State.
The Glacier High School gunslinger also touts offers from Arizona, Colorado, Florida State, Missouri, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, Washington State and others.
Presley is ranked as the No. 2 overall prospect in Montana and a top-40 quarterback in the nation in the 2026 class, according to 247Sports. Boise State is yet to add a quarterback to its 2025 recruiting class.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound quarterback threw for more than 3,000 yards during his sophomore season, with 28 passing touchdowns to four interceptions. Presley added four rushing touchdowns and led Glacier to the Class AA state title game last fall.
