BOISE, Idaho β A loaded weekend of official visits paid off for the Boise State football program as it reeled in the fifth member of its 2025 recruiting class.
Three-star cornerback Christopher Solis-Lumar verbally committed to the Broncos on Saturday during his first official visit, which came roughly two months after his Boise State offer on May 17. He is the third defensive back in the class, joining safeties Dominik Calhoun and Josiah Alanis.
Solis-Lumar is a 6-foot-2, 175-pound prospect out of Glendora, California. He is considered the No. 156 cornerback in the nation and No. 195 recruit in California in the 2025 class on 247Sports.
His 83 grade is the third highest of Boise State's commitments, behind Texas native Quinton Brown (85) and Calhoun (84), who hails from Pittsburg, California. The group features a pair of wide receivers in Brown and Vista Murrieta standout AJ Jones.
Solis-Lumar pledged the blue and orange over offers from Portland State, San Diego State and Bethune-Cookman. Boise State entered the weekend with the nation's No. 77 ranked 2025 recruiting class. Solis-Lumar's commitment moved the Broncos up to No. 74 and second in the Mountain West, behind No. 69 UNLV.
