BOISE, Idaho — Boise State junior James Ferguson-Reynolds was named the Mountain West Conference Player of the Week for the first time this season after his performance against Wyoming.
Ferguson-Reynolds, known affectionately by Bronco Nation as the 'punter from down under,' had one of his most effective outings of the season, averaging 48 yards per punt, with four landing inside the 20-yard line.
He also kicked a 62-yard punt, his second-longest of the season, landing inside the Cowboys' 10-yard line.

The No. 11 Broncos narrowly avoided a loss to 2-8 Wyoming on the road.

The Broncos close the regular season at home on Friday, Nov. 29 at 10 a.m. against Oregon State.
Boise State will also host the Mountain West Championship game on The Blue on Friday, Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. MT.
