MOSCOW, Idaho — FCS playoff football returns to the Kibbie Dome on Saturday, Dec. 9, when the No. 4 ranked Idaho Vandals take on the No. 5 ranked Albany Great Danes.

The Vandals vs. Great Danes game kicks off on Saturday, December 9, at 7:00 p.m. PT in Moscow, ID. The game can be watched on ESPN+.
Vandals vs. Great Danes
Last week, the Vandals played their first FCS postseason game at the Kibbie Dome since beating Boston University 21-14 in 1993. Last week's overtime thriller came down to a 29-yard field goal to send the Vandals to the second round of the FCS playoffs.
Quarterback Reese Poffenbarger's two touchdowns in the air and two more on the ground helped the Great Danes topple Richmond Spiders 41-13 in the second round of the FCS playoffs.
Saturday's game will be the first matchup between the two programs. The two have a planned rematch on the 2024 football schedule.
The winner will advance to face whoever comes out on top between No. 1 South Dakota State vs. No. 8 Villanova in the semifinals of the FCS Playoffs.
