MANZANITA, Ore. — Highway 101 on the Oregon Coast, about two miles north of Manzanita at the south end of Oswald West State Park, has opened after a landslide.

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) said it will monitor the site and may need to occasionally close a lane "for any additional maintenance needs cause by the slide." Anyone travelling in the area is asked to watch out for road crews.

ODOT reopened one lane around 9:45 a.m. and flagged traffic through a single lane before fully reopening the highway at 12:30 p.m.
