BOISE, Idaho — Editor's note: The above video shows Bogus Basin buried in nearly eight inches of snow on June 8.
The US National Weather Service of Boise, Idaho shared photos of a snowy Bogus Basin and Redfish Lake to their Facebook page on Wednesday morning.
Bogus and Redfish Lake received two inches of snow overnight, and snow is still falling, according to the Facebook post.
The snow is falling in Idaho's high country just three days from the summer solstice.
The snowfall is coming just nine days after a much greater snowfall on Bogus Basin. On June 8, Bogus Basin got nearly eight inches of snow, Brundage got pummeled with 15 inches, and Tamarack got 18 inches of snow.
Boise's weather patterns will continue to shift drastically as the week progresses, with temperatures in the low 90s throughout the week.
