IDAHO, USA — Were you impacted by drought conditions this year?
Even while we're seeing the rain and snow pick up this week, 100% of Idaho is still seeing some degree of drought conditions, according to the U.S Drought Monitor.
Wednesday was the annual Idaho water supply meeting.
Scientists from a variety of disciplines talked about what we may see in the month's ahead, as well as what we saw this past year. The Climate Prediction Center expects that much of Idaho will surpass the harsh drought conditions by the spring of 2023.
Scientists are also asking for you to weigh in, if you've been affected by this year's drought conditions. You can do that by taking a survey.

In general, there's good news for the irrigation outlook for southwest Idaho next year -- The Boise and Little Wood Reservoir systems need less than 100% of normal streamflow to make sure irrigators get the water they need.
