Record rainfall floods downtown St Petersburg, Florida
After a wet July, the daily rainfall record in St Petersburg was shattered Thursday, causing wide spread flash flooding. Most of the damage is from flooded cars, many that were parked in the valet parking garage lower level at the Vinoy Renaissance Marriott.
