Kansas City Chiefs superfan in Boise has been watching the team for 50 years

Vince Grinnell watched the Chiefs win the Super Bowl in 1970.

BOISE, Idaho — Vince Grinnell is excited for Super Bowl Sunday.

He's been a Chiefs fan ever since he started watching football 50 years ago.

Vince watched the Chief's win their last Super Bowl as a kid in 1970.

He sets up his living room in a very particular manner every time the Chief's play.

Vince has Chiefs blankets draped over the couch, Chiefs hats, a golf club, and a special bowling ball he uses every Wednesday.

Vince's sister-in-law lives in Kansas City. She sent him newspaper clippings from the "Fab 50", celebrating and describing the 50 touchdowns Patrick Mahomes threw during his MVP season.

Vince will have the newspapers displayed for the big game.

Vince even has a signed Christmas ornament from Chiefs legend, Derrick Thomas displayed on the bookshelf in his living room.

Again, his sister-in-law is behind this memento. She bought the signed orb from a children's charity event in Kansas City.
