CANYON COUNTY, Idaho — Former Boise restaurant owner Jose Sanchez Vazquez pleaded guilty to lewd conduct with a child under 16. Vazquez, who had owned La Garnacha Que Apapacha, pleaded guilty to the charges on Thursday, Sept. 26.
