BOISE, Idaho — The Boise Airport announced a variety of new food, beverage and retail offerings coming to the airport in 2025.
On Wednesday, the airport held an open house for attendees of the new vendors coming to the airport. The City of Boise partnered with concession partners Delaware North and Paradies Lagardère to bring the new options to the terminal.
"Our partnership with Delaware North and Paradies [Lagardère] and their work with all of these folks we are highlighting today and other local vendors is once again going to highlight who we are as a city, bring the best into this space and share with people that are experiencing Boise for the first time when they step off that plane a little bit of what they can expect," said Boise Mayor Lauren McLean. "And remind each and every one of us that are so blessed to call this place home, why we love calling it home and why we are so psyched to be back."
Delaware North is a company that focuses on delighting guest experiences in non-traditional environments in places like airport, stadiums and amusement parks. Delaware North has been with the Boise Airport before and says they are elated to be able to operate in the airport for another decade.
The Boise Art Museum will also have a curated space at the airport to show off local art.

"The last time we put together this program was over a decade ago and the Boise Airport saw about 1.3 or 1.5 million passengers a year coming through," said airport director Rebecca Hupp. "Today we are almost at 2.5 million, so we literally have a million more passengers coming through this terminal every year than the last time we did this. It was really time for us to improve the offerings and increase the number of choices that passengers have and continue to showcase the great things in Boise."
Hupp said work has already begun for some of the spaces, and some locations are expected to be opened by the summer of 2025, and all of the new offerings should be available by the end of 2025.
