BOISE, Idaho — People who use the pathway from 5th St. to access Julia Davis Park will have to take alternate routes on Monday, Nov. 11.
Occasionally, certain access areas to the park close for maintenance and road construction.
"Heads up for commuters and recreationists near Julia Davis Park for Monday, November 11... pathway access from 5th Street 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. into Julia Davis Park will be closed for safety reasons as there will be large equipment on the path," the city posted on social media.
The city stated the work should be completed by the end of the day.
"A detour will be signed on site," the city stated. "Thank you for your cooperation!"
